Terms for using GrowthDesk

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the GrowthDesk website, dashboard, and related services.

1. Use of the service

GrowthDesk provides a software service for connecting commerce data, viewing workspace analytics, and supporting operational decision-making. Customers may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable platform terms.

2. Accounts and access

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access, restricting unauthorized use, and ensuring that invited team members act within approved permissions.

3. Customer data

Customers retain responsibility for the data they connect or submit to GrowthDesk. By using the service, customers authorize GrowthDesk to process that data as needed to provide the service and maintain platform functionality.

4. Third-party platforms

GrowthDesk may connect with third-party services such as ecommerce, advertising, social media, and marketplace platforms. Continued use of those integrations depends on the customer maintaining valid access and complying with the applicable third-party terms.

5. Acceptable use

Customers may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components beyond what the law allows, or use GrowthDesk in a way that violates law, intellectual property rights, or third-party platform rules.

6. Intellectual property

GrowthDesk and its related software, content, branding, interface design, and documentation remain the property of GrowthDesk and its licensors, except for customer-owned data and customer-supplied materials.

7. Service changes and availability

GrowthDesk may update, improve, suspend, or limit parts of the service from time to time. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, the service is provided on an as-available basis, especially during active development and staged rollout periods.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from connected platform outages, customer configuration choices, or third-party data inaccuracies.

9. Changes to these terms

GrowthDesk may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised terms apply from the date they are posted.
