We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, maintain workspaces, connect approved third-party data sources, improve product reliability, support customers, and protect the platform from misuse.

3. Connected platforms

When a customer connects a third-party platform such as Shopify or TikTok, GrowthDesk accesses only the data and permissions authorized by the customer and the relevant platform scopes. Those connections may be revoked by the customer at any time from the relevant platform or GrowthDesk settings, where supported.

4. Data storage and security

GrowthDesk uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so customers should also protect their own accounts and credentials.
